Managing Threats and Hate
A theoretical training programme that strengthens employees’ and managers’ mental preparedness and ability to act in threatening situations and extortion attempts. The training provides an understanding of both the psychological and practical aspects of threats, as well as how they can be identified, managed and prevented. Participants gain knowledge of preventive measures such as escape routes and security procedures, as well as a basic understanding of social mapping and how vulnerabilities can be reduced. The training also covers the alert chain and what information is critical when contacting emergency services.
